Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses of our clients to anyone. 

This web site contains links to other sites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. 

If you contact us to register for a training course, we will use your information only to maintain our list of registrants for the sole purpose of notification if the course must be canceled or rescheduled for a reason beyond our control; or to contact you about the course.

You should know that as with most electronic communication, email you send to us is not necessarily secure against interception. So, if your communication includes sensitive information like your bank account, charge card, or social security number, you may contact us by postal mail or telephone.

Our web site host collects information about the browsers, referrers, and the number of times our web pages are visited. We do not maintain any of this information, but we do use the numbers provided to us by the statistics server of our web site host to analyze our pages and  popularity of features and services. We do not attempt to match the numbers or information to particular users. 

This web site links to web sites maintained by other companies and agencies and once you click to those sites, we have no control over the privacy of your information, since the policy of that web site owner will be the one that controls what is done with your information. 

We do not use "cookies."

We may also hire companies to provide certain services that require access to client information ("approved vendors"), and these providers and vendors are contractually required to maintain the security and confidentiality of all client information, and are prohibited from using that information for any purpose other than providing the services specified in their contracts with us.

For example, we may publish statistics on the number of clients in various states, or the number of visitors to our web site.
